For nearly a decade, I've been helping individuals and organizations thrive in the new world of work. I speak and coach with forward-thinking organizations including Engineers without Borders, South-by-Southwest, We (Free the Children), University of Toronto, Princess Margaret Hospital and THNK School of Creative Leadership. Previously, Natalie spent more than a decade managing projects and leadin
g teams at Johnson and Johnson Inc. We’re living in turbulent, uncertain times and change is occurring at an unparalleled rate. Fortunately, I’m a pragmatic optimist. We have more tools today than ever before to transform these obstacles for good. My deep desire to be a part of the positive change needed in the world is why I work with those who are tackling some of the world’s thorniest problems. What I Do:
My professional development business operates at the intersection of the best that evidenced-based science has to offer, including applied positive psychology, neuroscience and leading edge experiential learning development. Through speaking, handcrafted, interactive workshops and coaching, my clients learn to harness their unique strengths and collaborate to bring their meaningful work out in the world. Why Focus on Work? Work matters. Work is more than a growing organization, or a long career. How people feel about their contribution at work has a powerful ripple effect on their families, their communities and the world. Work defines one’s legacy. Who I Serve:
My clients are the clever, creative and caring: thought-leaders, community-builders, trail-blazers, innovators and business owners who are focused on doing good work in the world. My Promise:
Clients who fully commit to working with me significantly amplify their impact in the world through their work while enhancing their valuable well-being in the process. My Expertise:
I draw from a 17-year corporate career more than nine years as an entrepreneur, business owner and a professional development consultant. I focus on work-based capacity-building, including workplace engagement, interpersonal communication, team dynamics, change management, talent-development, organizational learning and leadership. The methods I draw upon include, emotional intelligence, neuroscience, appreciative inquiry, experiential learning and applied positive psychology. As a part-time Instructor at my alma mater, The University of Toronto, in the Continuing and Professional Learning Department, at The Ontario Institute for Studies in Education, I see first hand how professional development are the seeds of great work. I am an accredited coach through the International Coach Federation, I hold certificates in Positive Psychology Coaching and Life Coaching.
