Ever since I first read The Hero with a Thousand Faces back in the 80s I wished there was something to put it into practice, to really take it on the court powerfully and fulfill the transformation of the Heroes Journey in my life and have it be available for everyone. So after more than 30 years thinking about it I am doing something about it...I have created a powerful, transformational program based on this influential and brilliant book, my own journey of personal growth and development, and the genius of Carl G. Jung.

"The Heroes Journey Program: Transforming Your Whole Life from the Inside Out So You Can Discover Who You Were Meant to Be" will begin on Thursday, July 9, 2020. It will be limited to the first 20 people who register and be 10 sessions long.

When a noble one dies we are confronted with the loss of our projections as well as the loss of the actual person. The sacred task of those who feel the grief of their passing is to distinguish the projections from the person, mourn the person while claiming the projections as our own and choose to embody that which we allowed them to carry in our stead. Only in this way can we be ennobled, complete, and worthy of them, what they represented to us and the world and redeem something of them for the future as it begins to live and breathe and have it’s being within us. We honour them in full measure by living with the nobility, strength of character, integrity, purpose and passion with which they lived their life which we so admired. Let us not be passive admirers of greatness, dedicated and selfless service, and meaningful accomplishments – this is to dishonour them and ourselves, and allow those noble qualities to die with them rather than have them find new life, purpose and noble service within us.

Something really extraordinary happens in conversation that cannot happen otherwise…My coaching clients have been sharing with me how differently they notice themselves thinking, feeling and acting since working with me. Now that is something you would expect – the reason why they hired me to coach them in the first place. But what I’m talking about goes way beyond that and my own expectations. One of my clients was expressing how transformed his experience of life is since we started, and it had me see that as human beings we seek out and speak with people who have similar views to our own. There is familiarity and comfort in those relationships, but there is little room for growth because of it. When we have meaningful conversations with someone who has a new point of view and perspective, one that is broader or deeper, one that is challenging because it makes us think about things in new ways, it’s a transformative experience. Within the coaching context something extraordinary has been opening up for these people that is expansive, consciousness raising, and deeply life affirming and meaningful. This is the kind of coach I wanted to be and the kind of results I hoped to achieve but wasn’t clear how to do. Now I know it’s simply trusting the process and trusting my Self and dancing in a profound conversation with another human being, in a space where our soul’s can sing. I love what I do and who I get to be for people!
