Let's review the case now.
A 40 year old otherwise healthy patient with a history of failed indirect sinus augmentation at a different clinic referred to us.Lateral window approach along with implant placement in the same session successfully done.Take a look at the dome shape augmented sinus that is elevated right above the apex of the implant.The implant used is Bio Horizons.
