Oh, this? I made it.
Some of our favourite projects our students have seen outside of the studio! We love to see it!
Proof that when you learn to sew you can mend, alter, fit, draft and create anything you want! It all comes with lots of practice (and patience) but it’s worth it! It’s also ok to get a little help along the way…at Sewing Club or a private lesson to get you to the finish line.
Check out our upcoming sewing classes and workshops on our website.

There’s a new girl in town! New sewing machine in the studio and yours to own!
Check out the link in bio.
The Janome FD216 is a reliable, mechanical sewing machine made for beginners.
It has the one feature I would deem essential: a top-loading bobbin (as opposed to front loading bobbin). It has a variety of stitches, a free arm (for doing sleeves or skinny pant legs) and is compatible with ALL the accessories. Good for garment making and mending, making it a perfect entry level machine.
