Most people haven't. And the ones who haven't are going to hand a massive chunk of their retirement over to the government.

This is not because they didn't save enough, but because they had no plan for what happens when they start pulling that money out.

Accumulation is only half the game.

Distribution strategy is where retirement is won or lost.

Most people I meet aren't struggling to make money. They're struggling to keep it.
You can earn six or seven figures and still end up with nothing to show for it โ€” because no one ever taught you how to build a system around that income.
A bucket full of holes doesn't need more water. It needs to be fixed.
That's the difference between earning and building wealth.
