All of Jacqueline's sessions, except for one, were virtual. Even if you're not local, you can still benefit from NeuroMovement® lessons.
She is now 1 month post-surgery and doing great! Walking almost 2k, and using a stationary bike for 5-10 minutes.

One of my favourite parts of teaching is the end of class when students stand up and notice the changes that they feel. Some are quite drastic!

A hands-on private lesson is a highly personalized experience, designed to create the conditions necessary for your brain to learn new things. These lessons can ease pain, improve body awareness and enhance your overall vitality (plus a whole lotta other things!)
I'd love to see you on my table!

I'm back and excited to have you join me in person!
These NeuroMovement® classes will help you move with greater ease by gently guiding the brain to form new, more efficient patterns of movement. Instead of pushing through stiffness or limitation, the lessons use slow, mindful movements that reduce unnecessary effort and tension, allowing the nervous system to discover easier and more comfortable options. As the brain learns to recognize and refine these new possibilities, everyday actions begin to feel smoother, lighter, and more coordinated. Over time, this process not only improves mobility but also restores a sense of confidence and freedom in movement.
If you're ready to say goodbye to aches and pains and hello to easier movement, please join me for class!

NeuroMovement: the best thing you can do for your child this summer.
For the months of July & August, I will be offering my lessons for kids as Pay What You Can, for up to 5 sessions. These lessons would benefit any child who is struggling with reading or writing, movement and co-ordination, self-regulation, anxiety and stress, or perhaps with pain or injury.
These hands-on lessons involve gentle movements designed to provide new information to the brain; strengthening the brain/body connection, making new neural connections, and calming the nervous system.
This can translate into:
🌟improved emotional regulation
🌟a decrease in anxiety
🌟greater problem solving skills
🌟improved focus & attention
🌟improvements in reading and writing
🌟 and more!
This special only applies to new, elementary-aged clients.

On this World Autism Day, my only wish for you is to presume competence. Don't let a diagnosis or anything else fuel your assumptions about someone's capabilities or intelligence.
To clarify, Jonathan Mooney isn't autistic, but he is dyslexic and had a very difficult time in school. He didn't learn to read until he was 12 years old. He was told he wouldn't amount to much, yet, he went to Brown University to study English lit, and is now an author and advocate.

Traditional concussion advice has been to slowly kill off all joy in your life by locking yourself in a dark room doing nothing. I was curious to read this article to see how professional athletes are treated after concussion so they can get back to their game quickly.

It's been about 15 years since I've delivered a lunch n learn downtown, so I was absolutely thrilled to speak at a women's lunch during their wellness week; this time with my own company.
In only 30 minutes these women learned a mini NeuroMovement lesson, practical skills and tips to calm their nervous system, and a framework they can use to create conditions for positive brain change in their daily lives.
