From my coaching experience I found that the one thing all my clients had in common was that they were seeking for financial freedom.

Let's be real, we are all looking for it in one way or another. When we dig deeper at the meaning of financial freedom, what does it truly mean to you?

For me, I've come to realize that it is the freedom of self expression that we are so deeply yearning for. To be fully who we are and to express it into the world.

The freedom of self expression is much more vital than the financial freedom you are seeking by being everything and everyone else but yourself.

This one goes out to all my ambitious hustlers who are bulding their side passion while still working a 9-5, I feel your pain!

Let me share mine with you...

Working a 9-5 and trying to grow your side-passion requires an enormous supply of energy! For me, working and connecting with people is my greatest source of energy.

As a coach I am my tool and my energy is my life force. Having to work extra hard to maintain a level of energy that enabled me to serve my coaching clients, build my business and also show up for my 9-5 admin job was challenging to say the least.

As the saying goes, everything happens for a reason.

Spring 2022, here I am stepping forward with both feet into my passion! I made it across the first bridge, from a past version of me into the new! I am READY and I am GRATEFUL.

So when they ask me, " what are you going to do next Ines" ?

I say WHATEVER IT TAKES!

My message to anyone who has one foot in their past and one into the future, don't give up..EVER! Patience is your greatest friend and it will bring you your greatest rewards.

I know I will have many bridges to cross, but I know that each one will bring me closer to my higher self.

I'm worth it and so are YOU!

What makes me a good Leadership Coach?

During a new client insight call I was asked a profound question that lead me to my own insight " What makes me a good Leadership Coach?" This was the first time I was asked this question, and let me tell you as a coach I love a powerful question and the gift that it brings.

Here is my answer from where I stand in my coaching journey today.

I have not yet discovered all the reasons that make me a good Leadership Coach, however I do know what makes me an honorable Leadership Coach.

I guide others to connect to the leader within themselves. Every true leader knows that in order to lead others you must learn to lead yourself first.

No matter what role/s you play in your life, once you connect to the leader within you, you become the leader in all your situations. You learn to lead yourself from a place of trust and deep knowing, because the truth is nobody knows you better than you, and therefore nobody can pave the path forward for you better than you.

💎 My gift of connection, intuition and clarity enables me to shine the light on the true leader that you are.

💎 My passion for people and all things related to our personal development has expanded me to a higher knowledge and wisdom that comes with immense value.

💎 And last and definitely the greatest, my true desire to be of service to my fellow human kind makes me an exceptional and honorable Leadership Coach.
