The Cognitive Aging Lab is currently recruiting older adults to participate in a study investigating the benefits of an audio program on mental health. We are recruiting young and older adults for a study assessing the learning of face-occupation pairs. This study consists of questionnaires to assess attention, vocabulary, and some demographic information (e.g., age, gender, education, and health). This study takes approximately 1 to 1.5 hours to complete, and it will be conducted at the TMU campus. Interested participants can contact us at [email protected] with the subject line "Item pre-learning in memory."

Kathryn Bolton, a Master's student in Clinical Psychology at Ryerson University is recruiting older adult research participants for an online study to understand how the COVID-19 pandemic is affecting mental health and cognitive functioning!

This study is being performed as part of Kathryn's Master's for the partial completion of her graduate degree. It will be done under the supervision of Dr. Lixia Yang, who will also act as a co-investigator in this study. The research has been approved by the Ryerson University Research Ethics Board [REB 2020-207].
