TODAY YOU ARE AMAZING!
• How can we celebrate our life every day?
• What can we do to show ourselves more love and appreciation?
• How can we feel good all day long?
• How can we be more mindful?
• How can we learn to be responsive instead of being reactive to a situation?
The answers can define our life and our goal setting process daily. The good news is that you can make an intention of celebrating life everyday starting in the morning and continuing throughout the day. It can be a simple affirmation such as:” I am celebrating my life every day.” Or “I am celebrating myself every day.” It can be a simple ritual in the morning: drinking coffee or tea and really feeling the gratitude in your heart for the present moment. You may give a voice to thoughts of appreciation about yourself. You may think how much love reside inside yourself and how easy is to express it. You may think how much love other people are showing to you every possible moment. You may be recognizing yourself about being alive another day. You may think about yourself as a spiritual entity having a human experience in your physical body. Even reading this short paragraph may get your brain into a state of peace. The power of appreciation is creating a different reality for you. Implicitly everyone in your circle will get your changed vibration. Being mindful will increase your awareness and will attract people to you. Being present to yourself in every moment will allow you to respond differently to life situations or challenges. It will allow you to see the present moment for what it is and not for what could be, allowing you at the same time to feel calm and peaceful. Give yourself a chance of discovering your true unlimited potential, practice mindfulness, develop a meditation practice, become the best version of yourself.
