Applications are now open for 2024 orientation head leaders & leaders!! We’re looking for the most spirited, fun-loving, and dedicated orientation head leaders/leaders to make Orientation Week 2024 possible! We can’t wait for you to join our hardworking team! 🐺

Please note that leaders and head leaders will be required to attend mandatory training on Saturday August 24th, 2024 and must be available from this date onwards. (O-Week takes place from Monday August 26th- Sunday September 1st)

ORIENTATION LEADERS:
As a woodsworth leader you will be expected to act as a role model for incoming university students by presenting yourself in a manner that adheres to the college’s high morals and values, and by creating a welcoming and inclusive environment for all. Do you possess the ability and desire to strengthen our Woodsworth Community? You should be able to show enthusiasm for a range of events, including social, academics and student life as well as the ability to connect with first year students from various backgrounds.

ORIENTATION HEAD LEADERS:
As an orientation head leader, you possess all of the qualities listed above and will be positioned through different groups during O-Week, serving to bridge the gap between the Orientation Coordinators and the Leaders.

HEY WOODSWORTH!! Orientation is fast approaching!! During the week if you ever want to take a break, socialize and have a snack, the commuter's lounge is the place for you! All throughout the week there will be snacks and drinks available for you to recharge! When you first enter Woodsworth College the room will be the first room on your left! We can't wait to see you there!

HEY WOODSWORTH! To kick-start orientation, we invite you to watch our very own Varsity Blues football team face off against the Ottawa Gee-Gees! If you would like to watch the game, meet up at WW quad! Participants who show up to the game will receive a ribbon which counts towards our ribbon system where the person who collects the most ribbons will get to choose from a selection of prizes valued over $700! *Limited quantity of ribbons available
