In case you missed my newsletter… I have some big happy news to share:
I’m thrilled to announce that I’m pregnant!! My partner and I are expecting our little one this December.
Both baby and I are feeling happy, healthy and soOOooOo loved & supported. It’s been a magical journey thus far and we’re so excited for what’s to come. I’m continually in awe all of you- your parenting and community building are a source of inspiration for me!!

With this is mind, my upcoming fall semester will be my last one before taking maternity leave. Hope to sing with you in-person and also looking forward to using IG, YouTube and my newsletter to stay connected with all of you during this incredibly special time! Plus I hope to see you all out and about when my family and I start adventuring in the city!
With so much love, your friend,
Nash 🤰🏻🫶☀️

Parachute play = the most fun & educational!

Allow me to explain how:
🌈 social skills: kids move nearer together get to interact up close, observing their friends’ expressions & behaviour
🌈 sensory & learning: colours and movement of the parachute are visually stimulating for babies, boosting attention regulation and concentration
🌈 posture & balance: crawling, pushing up, hopping and running all create body awareness and awareness of how to move through space (strengthening their vestibular system)
🌈 independence: your little one voyages on their own, and they get to practice making decisions and exerting their autonomy
