Windermere Kids T.O.

Windermere Kids T.O. Located in the heart of Swansea Village, Windermere Kids is a boutique daycare centre offering the Green Apple Kids standard of excellence.

After creating Green Apple Kids in June 2009 we realized the effect quality childcare can have on a community. That is why when the opportunity to open a second location presented itself we happily welcomed Windermere Kids to the family. Windermere Kids opened in January 2012 in Swansea Village much to the eager anticipation of the neighbourhood. Childcare is difficult to find and finding quality childcare presents an even greater challenge. We are pleased to offer the highest standards in childcare to families in our community. We pride ourselves in being leaders in our field, through our programs and through our community outreach, with St. Joe’s Hospital and local events. Here at Windermere Kids we offer the same philosophy as Green Apple Kids, helping children to grow and develop into strong human beings, physically, emotionally and cognitively. A part of our commitment to quality childcare is providing children with the best staff, enhancement programming, natural playgrounds and healthy food.

This is how we do it 😉 at Green Apple and Windermere Kids! 🌧️🤎
When children play in mud, they’re not “just getting messy” — they’re exploring textures, building language, developing fine motor skills, working together, and using their imagination.
Outdoor messy play supports confidence, curiosity, and joyful learning in the most natural way.
A little mud goes a long way in early childhood development 🌿💚

“I would read 500 books…” and honestly I think they just might! 📚

Two centres, one shared love: nurturing the next generation of readers! 💚🍏

If your little one could read 500 books about ONE thing, what would it be? Dinosaurs? Space? Let us know👇

Yesterday, was International Women’s Day and we can’t emphasize enough how important and valuable our Educators are to our everyday and across the sector. In this women dominated field, we are proud of the work and contributions we make to our families and communities. Supporting children’s milestones, taking care of their needs, exploring the world and learning alongside with them is why we do what we do.
