Job Title: Client Servicing Executive

Company: NARRATIVE EXPERIENTIAL MARKETING PRIVATE LIMITED

Experience Required: 2–3 years in event management / experiential marketing / agency client servicing
Role Overview:
Narrative is looking for a Client Servicing Executive to manage client relationships, develop event concepts, and coordinate internal ex*****on. The role requires translating client briefs into strong creative presentations while ensuring smooth cross-functional coordination. The ideal candidate understands the pace of event environments and can balance creativity with operational discipline.

Key Responsibilities:
•⁠ ⁠Act as the primary point of contact for clients and manage ongoing communication
•⁠ ⁠Understand client briefs and convert them into clear event concepts and strategies
•⁠ ⁠Create concept notes, pitch decks, and event presentations
•⁠ ⁠Coordinate internally with creative, production, and operations teams
•⁠ ⁠Prepare timelines, proposals, and project workflows
•⁠ ⁠Ensure ex*****on aligns with client expectations and approved concepts
•⁠ ⁠Manage feedback between clients and internal teams
•⁠ ⁠Attend client meetings, site visits, and event ex*****ons when required
•⁠ ⁠Monitor deliverables and ensure deadlines are met
•⁠ ⁠Maintain strong client relationships to support repeat business
Skills & Qualifications:
•⁠ ⁠2–3 years of relevant experience in event management or agency client servicing
•⁠ ⁠Strong presentation and storytelling skills
•⁠ ⁠Excellent verbal and written communication
•⁠ ⁠Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
•⁠ ⁠Strong coordination and organizational ability
•⁠ ⁠Creative thinking and solution-oriented mindset
•⁠ ⁠Proficiency in PowerPoint / Keynote / Google Slides
•⁠ ⁠Basic understanding of event budgeting and vendor coordination
