This is our life's work.

All of the ways we tell ourselves we are broken, flawed, crazy or unworthy - are allll of the reasons the world needs us to show up.

Allow your true self to be visible to others and it will lift them up and inspire them to do the same.

Don't hide. Don't contort.

Just emerge and shine shine shine.

It's Your Time To Shine.

It's time to embrace who you are, without any qualifications, conditions or exceptions.

It's time to love and accept yourself….AS YOU ARE.

This has become my life's mission. It is a journey and a daily practice.

It starts with noticing that nagging voice telling us to change or be different or be better AND THEN CHOOSING TO IGNORE IT!

By having more compassion for ourselves, being less judgmental of the things we have done or not done, we are able to have more compassion for others.

THEN we can all relax and enjoy life and each other.

Life begins to flow more easily.

To all of my coach colleagues:

Up With Women/Exponenti’elles is a national charity on a mission to help vulnerable women and gender diverse individuals struggling with low income.

They are seeking ICF certified coaches to join their team and provide pro-bono coaching to someone living below the poverty line for two hours a month over a full year. They welcome both English- and French-speaking coaches.

Through personalized, one-on-one coaching, Up With Women program participants learn to reach their full potential and build a sustainable pathway out of poverty. Among surveyed participants, 90% reported strong progress toward achieving their goals and gaining greater confidence.

I'm falling in love with somatic transformation.

We've had to adapt and so many of our tendencies are deeply deeply rooted, embodied patterns.

Listen to your mind (thinking), your heart (feeling) and your guts (sensing) to discover your patterns.

Uproot those that are no longer aligned with what you care most about NOW.

And begin practicing new patterns.

I see you. Your journey has not been easy. The pain and trauma of being told who you were supposed to be (and not supposed to be), what you were capable of (and not capable of) has been heart-breaking and soul-crushing.

Not just today, but each and every single day.

I see how your chest has sunken, your shoulders caved forward and your eyes have dimmed from the continual disappointment and fatigue at facing these labels, these injustices.

As a coach, I listen closely to the stories people tell about who they are and how they move through the world. I help them name (or rename) themselves and their circumstances in a way that will lead them to the outcomes that are more in line with what they want. When I am working with a client, I help them imagine what is possible, and then help them create a framework to get there.

How exciting is that?!?
