This Wednesday morning, Professor Brian Gettler (Historical Studies, UTM, and Graduate Program in History) is at the Rare Books Library gathering material for The History of Here, an innovative undergrad course that uses local history and primary sources to get students thinking like historians (which is really the best way to think).
