You can regret at the end of your life and reflect on what you could have done or you can visualize what you can be and work on it every single day
Regret can be painful and make you feel guilty of yourself. The best we can do is go think beyond regret and empower ourself to conquer the fear and JUST DO IT!! That is a super power everyone can have, yet deep down we are scared of our own light 💡 and what we are capable of doing. In the end we cannot procrastinate to be who we are meant to be.
God made you a 10/10 🙌.

Throwbacks are so important when you see how far you have come. This was the third time my mom sponsoring me in to the business. She never gave up on me NO MATTER WHAT!!
My mentors Rob Walsh and Kristie Walsh. They always helped me see the vision and nurtured my growth in the business and now zenia is also mentored by them. In the last 10 years they shaped my life in an unimaginable way. I am grateful for them in my life, the beauty of Herbalife business is that your mentors always have the vision for your growth. Seeing this picture today gives me so much inspiration to work more on myself for the next 10 years and beyond.

Even in this high-tech age, the low-tech plant continues to be the key to nutrition and health.
- JACK WEATHERFORD
Some of the most common type of phytonutrients include carotenoids, flavonoids and glucosinolates. Carotenoids are beneficial to our eyes and immune system health; the common carotenoids are also said to decrease the risk of macular degeneration. Flavonoids can help in the support of cardiovascular disease prevention, they are helping in healthy cell communication and provides the benefits of detoxification and decrease inflammation. Meanwhile glucosinolates that found predominantly in broccoli, and cauliflower help to eliminate toxins from our body.

So when it comes to your daily diet, remember the phrase ‘eat the rainbow’. A healthy and balanced diet means eating a variety of fruit and vegetables. Add an abundance of colourful veggies to your diet, to ensure that you get the full range of phytonutrient benefits.

He/She who has health has hope and he/She who has hope has everything. –
I want everyone to meet Carol. She is 73 and I have been training her for the past two years with workouts and nutrition. She is a cancer survivor and one of the strong woman I know. 💪🏾🔥
When we first met she mentioned she never worked out before and my next question was why now? She said “To make good memories with my grand children. Materialistic things will perish but the memories I give them, they will remember forever”That was one of the strongest WHY I ever heard 😊
Since then she is constantly learning how she can get better one day at a time. She trains 3 times a week and makes sure she is keeping a track of what she eats. 10000 steps every single day🚶‍♀️.
I am sharing her story, so that we all can get inspired by what she chose to do at this age. For her, age is just a number and she is unstoppable. Her daily actions are true inspiration for anyone to who are still contemplating to hit the gym, start eating clean, or adapting to a healthy active lifestyle. You just have to start and find a stronger WHY to do it. She lost 6% Body fat and gained 4 % lean muscle in the last 60 days. She is just getting started. 😇😇

Authenticity cannot be achieved without clarity of WHY. And Authenticity matters. - Simon Sinek
PURPOSE is everything. the more you are true to yourself, know your flaws and willing to put in the work to overcome them needs courage. Being an introvert helped me observe more than talk, also have social anxiety. Fear of being judged for being your true authentic self. I have realized over a period of time, how grateful I am for all the blessings in my life. Appreciate the ability that’s GOD gifted to see things the way they are and learn how to accommodate more positivity. That wouldn’t have been possible if I have not discovered my Authentic self, which is not only about you but the people you surround with, conversations you have and most importantly the thoughts you have everyday. 🔥🔥
Life’s a blessing and every moment you are not authentic and true to yourself is a moment wasted living based on someone else’s perspective. ✨

If you focus on results, you will never change. If you focus on change , you will get results - JACK DIXON.
Let’s Talk about some results!!!! The ones that am sharing right now are the ones who made small changes over a period of time and got these sustainable results. Here’s a few things they did consistently:
📌 No Starving
📌 Mindful eating
📌 Adapting to change one day at a time
📌 Not comparing with others
📌 saying yes to change!!!

Results can be this easy and fun when you work with like minded people. Do you think you have the courage to say YES to CHANGE 💪🏾😊

If you wish to be HEALTHY study HEALTH
Transformations to many are just physical and it’s all related to six pack abs or getting lean or getting in to shape. If we look deeper these are mostly NEEDS 🙅🏽‍♂️ and when it’s a NEED you are looking for a quick way to get it done.

Things are quite different when you WANT to transform. Now you are looking for a way to learn how to transform and sustain those results. You are willing to educate yourself. It has everything to do with your mindset and your willingness to change your strong habits. How you want to lead a healthy lifestyle should be driven by a strong purpose and that doesn’t happen in a day. It takes time and patience, you build it one day at a time. Get better .1 % every single day. Breaking the habit is not HARD, it just takes consistent work.
Start by being consistent in

* working out 3 to 4 times a week / any form of workout you like

* Add a minimum of 3 green vegetables to your plate every day

* Drink a minimum of 2.5 litres of water

* Start focusing on positive thoughts and don’t compare yourself with others.

* Focus on getting 7 hours of sleep without disturbance.

As long as you WANT to make these changes you will see major transformation, just in 3 weeks.
Drop a 🙌 in the comments down below If you agree and willing to make the necessary changes.
