Alright, picture this: being a woman in this daily circus where you’re juggling a dozen things, and honestly, many days you’ve no clue where to even start. It’s like you’re stuck in a race with yourself, right? Been there, done that. But guess what? I’ve stumbled upon this game-changing move.

On Dec 22, my husband and I decided to ditch the holiday craziness. He had a rare day off, so we left it all behind and spent a fantastic few hours at . When I started on my journey to learn Ayurveda, I’ll admit, I had my doubts. I believed it was an impossible feat for mothers like me. My mentors were mostly individuals who were either single with no family responsibilities or men whose children had already grown up. It seemed like an entirely different world, one that didn’t align with the daily demands of motherhood.
When we confront challenges and face changes that we know are ultimately good for us but lie outside our comfort zones, it’s natural to seek comparisons and excuses. Our brains are wired to steer us towards the familiar and the easiest path. So, initially, I hesitated.
But let me tell you, I couldn’t have been more mistaken. As I delved deeper into Ayurveda, my guides began to reveal a different perspective. They taught me that I didn’t need to overhaul my life all at once or rush into change. In fact, many aspects of my life remained untouched.
