When making chocolate-flavoured dough or batter, use cocoa powder - instead of regular flour - to prep countertops and pans. This will keep things from sticking - *without* the white cast that regular flour can give off on darker baked goods.*

Tuesday Baking Tip : How to keep your brown sugar soft ? **
In an airtight container, add your brown sugar, and then add either a slice of apple or a slice of bread or a few extra large marshmallows. Close the container and the next day you’ll have super soft brown sugar and by the way, you can keep any of these items in your brown sugar and it’ll always stay soft.
