To all the dreamers, innovators, goal-setters, and creators out there…

Don't wait for the light at the end of the tunnel, create it yourself and let it shine on your path to success.

The world is full of possibilities and opportunities, waiting for those who are bold enough to take a chance and pursue their dreams. It takes courage to step outside of your comfort zone, to challenge the status quo, and to embrace uncertainty. But it is in these moments of risk and uncertainty that we find our greatest potential.

With gratitude and admiration for your courage and determination,

Kay

Imposter syndrome is real, and it affects many of us. It's that feeling of self-doubt and inadequacy, even when we've accomplished great things.

But here's the truth: you are capable, you are deserving, and you belong. Don't let imposter syndrome hold you back from reaching your full potential.

Embrace your strengths, acknowledge your achievements, and keep pushing yourself out of your comfort zone. Remember that you are not alone, and you can overcome this.

The reason your chasing and not planning is because you don’t think you have the luxury to take your time.

Change that mindset.

Planning will not only increase your self-awareness, improve your decision-making, and lower stress; it will always allow you to complete more in a shorter period of time.

Always have a strategy in place. Even in the most sweltering conditions, you will never see me sweat. Nobody has ever said that reaching success is simple. Some even doubt my motivations and tenacity. In the last 4 years, everything I do, how I carry myself, and the numerous hardships I've conquered are the result of deliberate preparation.

I've learned the value of planning and the capacity to pivot throughout my personal, professional, and entrepreneurial journey. Don't let BS individuals throw you off course. They may believe they have the upper hand, but it is all part of the plan.’

It’s actually fairly straightforward…

1. Vision - choose a timeframe that works for you.
2. Outline your strengths and areas for improvement
3. Create a plan - be very specific
4. Review, adapt, repeat

Don’t get distracted by the frills. Your objectives are dependant on you. Yes no one is going to come and save you, you are the only one that can help you. So stop with the excuses already! You already know you’re capable, so prove it!

Self-discipline is the single most critical quality required for success. Most people require tools to help them be disciplined enough to stick to their goals.

Why ⁉️

It empowers you to overcome hurdles and pain as you push yourself to new heights by keeping you focused on your objectives and giving you the courage to continue with rewarding work.

Planning allows us to recognize ahead of time what is necessary for us to reach our objective and what will hinder us from attaining our goal. Most importantly, it allows us to take responsibility for our actions.

Reasons to plan:

1. Helps you to set appropriate goals
2. Helps to break down goals into smaller pieces
3. Increases your confidence
4. Increases efficiency
5. Reduces Risk
6. Improves decision-making
7. Allows you to recognize your milestones
8. Recognizes your weakness
9. Allows you to map your progress
10. Allows you to look at the bigger picture

Are your actions an ASSET or LIABILITY?

ASSET: something that provides a current, future, or potential benefit for an individual

LIABILITY: something that acts as a current, future or potential disadvantage for an individual

So… are your actions an asset or liability to your goals?
