Back by popular demand, joins us for our next council meeting!

This event has been so popular we have had to split the grades!
This month is for the senior parents.

Deadlines, applications, scholarships, pre-requisites and more. You can't have enough information when it comes to these important academic years.

Guidance will be speaking for 30 minutes and taking your questions for 30 minutes.

But wait, don't leave! From 8-8:30pm our principal Christine Laurin will be speaking on the 2026–27 budget for our school. We will have a round table discussion on how we can support our administration and improve the learning lives of our students!

Please find message below from our alumni association:

My name is Brad Taylor, President of the Malvern Collegiate Institute Alumni Association (MCIAA) and a proud member of the Class of 1987.

The MCIAA is looking for enthusiastic students who would be interested in volunteering with our Alumni Executive. This is an opportunity for students to contribute their ideas, develop leadership experience and help strengthen the connection between Malvern’s current students and its alumni community.

Student volunteers could assist with areas such as:

Events and reunions
Social media and communications
Alumni outreach
School history and archives
Fundraising and student awards
Website content and special projects

We are looking for students who are dependable, creative and interested in making a positive contribution to the Malvern community. Volunteer hours may also be available for eligible activities.

We are holding our first meeting of the year next Tuesday, September 22nd. All of our meetings are in-person only.

Self-nomination forms have been sent via the school administration for anyone looking to sit on council as a voting member and/or hold an executive position (Chair/Co-Chair; Secretary; Treasurer). However everyone can attend our meetings and anyone can volunteer.

Please note self-nominations close today at 3pm.
