Hi! And welcome. I am a Certified Life coach and Professional Organizer specializing in ADHD and Chronic Disorganization. As someone with ADHD who 'used to' be disorganized, I come by this honestly. I've spent most of my life in the arts, so I approach coaching and organizing with a lot of creativity, humour, and empathy. I am passionate about helping families and adults reach their potential by tapping into their values and uncovering their strengths. My niches are creativity, ADHD, Chronic Disorganization, organizing, goal setting, transitions, self-esteem, grief, and empowering clients to live authentically - with purpose, playfulness, and meaning.
