For coaches, but for any human…

NLP is an absolute game-changer.

When I truly integrated the concepts of NLP into my life, everything changed dramatically and for the better.

And when I say my life, I mean MY life. Not just my skills at helping clients.

This weekend I’m traveling to Toronto to help out a good friend who is hosting an NLP two-day event (he’s an NLP trainer too).

Yes, NLP is one of the best coaching tools out there.

But first and foremost, it is - in my opinion - the best tool for personal transformation there is.

Unfair advantage, absolutely - if not for the fact that anyone who wants to can start learning NLP at anytime.

The real unfair advantage is simply making the decision to do so.

Someone asked me what my favourite part of traveling to HypnoThoughts LIVE 2024 was...

And by the way, HypnoThoughts is the world’s largest and most prolific Hypnosis conference.

It’s held only once per year in Las Vegas.

Nearly 1000 Hypnotists from around the world attended this year and I had the privilege of speaking at the conference too.

There was a lot to love:

-Exceptional Speakers
-A super fun and engaging environment
-Great food, great sights

But for me, the thing that stood out as being head and shoulders above the rest was the same thing that makes me love the industry in general...

The people.

Connecting with, learning from, exchanging stories and ideas with, and just getting to know the other people in this wonderful industry was and continues to be the best part of running my business.

Being at the world’s greatest Hypno convention was, of course, no exception.

𝗛𝗼𝘄 𝟵𝟱% 𝗘𝗳𝗳𝗼𝗿𝘁 𝗖𝗮𝗻 𝗘𝗾𝘂𝗮𝗹 𝟬% 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝘂𝗹𝘁𝘀

(aka you're not exceeding just a few clients per month and don't know why)...

The other day I was chatting with my good pals, Chris & Timothy (of MMHA and Pykthos fame).

𝘐𝘧 𝘺𝘰𝘶 𝘥𝘰𝘯'𝘵 𝘬𝘯𝘰𝘸 𝘵𝘩𝘦𝘮, 𝘺𝘰𝘶 𝘴𝘩𝘰𝘶𝘭𝘥, 𝘵𝘩𝘦𝘺'𝘳𝘦 𝘨𝘳𝘦𝘢𝘵.

Anyway, we were exchanging some of the big takeaways from a couple of different mastermind meetings that we'd attended recently (respectively).

Timothy said something that has been rolling around in my head for a few days now, and it's gravity really landing on me the more I think about it.

It was something along the lines of "𝘪𝘧 𝘺𝘰𝘶 𝘸𝘢𝘯𝘵 𝘵𝘰 𝘨𝘦𝘵 𝘧𝘳𝘰𝘮 𝘭𝘦𝘷𝘦𝘭 2 𝘵𝘰 3 𝘰𝘧 𝘴𝘰𝘮𝘦𝘵𝘩𝘪𝘯𝘨, 𝘺𝘰𝘶 𝘸𝘪𝘭𝘭 𝘯𝘦𝘷𝘦𝘳 𝘨𝘦𝘵 𝘵𝘩𝘦𝘳𝘦 𝘶𝘯𝘵𝘪𝘭 𝘺𝘰𝘶 𝘢𝘴𝘤𝘦𝘯𝘥 𝘶𝘱 𝘈𝘓𝘓 𝘰𝘧 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘴𝘵𝘦𝘱𝘴 𝘣𝘦𝘵𝘸𝘦𝘦𝘯 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘭𝘦𝘷𝘦𝘭𝘴."

Or in other words, if you are building a system to produce results, and you include only 95% of the essential components - there is a great chance that the system you've built simply won't produce the results at all (or very marginally).

I see this playing out in a lot of online coaching/hypnosis businesses.

Business owners have put 95% of the essential elements into place.
They are working hard and they even have a business that looks complete and sound from the outside.

But they're not growing at the rate they want. They've found themselves stuck at a certain revenue ceiling.

They're missing one or two tiny but 𝘃𝗶𝘁𝗮𝗹 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗼𝗻𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀.

Problem is, 𝘸𝘦 𝘥𝘰𝘯'𝘵 𝘬𝘯𝘰𝘸 𝘸𝘩𝘢𝘵 𝘸𝘦 𝘥𝘰𝘯'𝘵 𝘬𝘯𝘰𝘸.

If you build 99% of a car and leave out one little tiny piece (like a spark plug or even just a having a loose hose clamp in there somewhere)...

𝗬𝗼𝘂 𝗰𝗼𝘂𝗹𝗱 𝗵𝗮𝘃𝗲 𝗮 𝗰𝗮𝗿 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗹𝗼𝗼𝗸𝘀 𝗹𝗶𝗸𝗲 𝗶𝘁'𝘀 𝘁𝗼𝘁𝗮𝗹𝗹𝘆 𝗿𝗼𝗮𝗱𝘄𝗼𝗿𝘁𝗵𝘆 - 𝗯𝘂𝘁 𝗴𝗼𝗲𝘀 𝗻𝗼𝘄𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗲.

𝗚𝗮𝘀 𝗶𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘁𝗮𝗻𝗸. 𝗔𝗶𝗿 𝗶𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘁𝗶𝗿𝗲𝘀. 𝗗𝗲𝗮𝗱 𝗶𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘄𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗿.

Do you have a business that seems totally roadworthy by all appearances... but isn't moving forward the way you want it to?

Does it have "all the components" that you've been told you need to have but you still aren't hitting the sales numbers you know you deserve?

You might be missing some tiny vital component and not even realize it.

You may not know what you don't know.

Hint: Piling on more tools, components, funnels, AI, or other upgrades won't fix the problem if you missed something vital way back in the foundational phases.

The remedy is to diagnose BEFORE taking action to correct.
