According to The American Psychological Association (APA), switching between different tasks can cause a 40% loss in productivity. So, while project managers must wear many hats and perform many different tasks as they lead a project toward its completion, multitasking doesn’t actually mean more productivity.
If you can't multitask, channel your energy into what you want to work on per time and give it your best!

According to the Project Management Institute, the global economy needs 25 million new project professionals by 2030, This is due to an increase in the number of jobs requiring project management-oriented skills, economic growth, as well as retirement rates.
Hence, to close the talent gap and keep up with the demand, 2.3 million project managers are needed to fill these roles every year. Amazing right?!
