Comment “list” for the links. You don’t need a $500 course to stand out.

You need proof that you’re learning.

Comment “Reddit” and I’ll send you the full list of 10 unconventional job search strategies real job seekers said helped them land offers.

I spend an unhealthy amount of time reading Reddit job search threads so you don’t have to.

And honestly?

Some of the best career advice I’ve ever seen wasn’t from recruiters or career coaches.

It came from strangers on the internet sharing what actually worked.

Things like:

✨ Messaging recently promoted managers instead of executives
✨ Applying to jobs that are 1 to 2 weeks old
✨ Building one project instead of collecting another certification
✨ Following up with value instead of “just checking in”

None of these are magic hacks.

But they’re the kind of small moves that make you stand out when everyone else is doing the exact same thing.

If you’re tired of submitting hundreds of applications and hearing nothing back, it might be time to change your strategy instead of just increasing your volume.

Comment “Reddit” and I’ll send you all 10 strategies that could completely change the way you job search. 🚀

Comment GAMMA 👇 Most candidates tell employers what they can do.

The smartest candidates show them.

One of my clients landed 2 marketing job offers in 3 months by creating a simple, company-specific presentation with ideas, insights, and a clear action plan.

It took minutes to create, made her stand out instantly, and gave interviewers something memorable to talk about.

If you’re interviewing soon, this might be your unfair advantage.

Comment “LINKEDIN” and I’ll send the prompts used! ✅

POV: You’re applying to jobs in 2026 but your LinkedIn profile was built for 2022.

companies have started to openly say that they use AI in hiring.

And recruiters aren’t just using ATS to filter resumes anymore.

they use AI hiring assistants to search candidates, summarize profiles, and help surface talent faster.

So if your LinkedIn isn’t optimized?

You’re making yourself invisible.

Here’s what I want you to do:

→ Go to LinkedIn
→ Click “Resources”
→ Download your profile as a PDF

Then upload it into ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini and use this prompt:

“Act like an AI recruiter and LinkedIn optimization expert. Analyze my LinkedIn profile and identify gaps that make me less searchable or less competitive for recruiters using AI hiring tools. Improve my headline, About section, skills, keyword optimization, and recruiter visibility.”

Then actually implement the changes.

Most people spend hours applying.

Very few spend 20 minutes becoming easier to find.
