How do you take care of those eyes?

Most of us are on a computer all day and in our online sessions we take care of our health with specific qigong exercises.

This spring forest qigong exercise benefits your eye health, vision clarity and brain connection.

How to:
Sit up straight
Strengthen your body
Slowly move your eyes in a full circle 3 times in one direction and then 3 times the other way.

Keep it gentle and relaxed. No strain.

Here's a simple Spring Forest Qigong energy tip for cleansing space in your living area for spring.

You simply need a cup of vinegar to boil and purify your space. Incense is a bonus if you have but not necessary if you don't.
