Who Are We?

Matthew Gambino is the owner and lead trainer of GFG Training. Originally from Mississauga, Ontario - has been living in Timmins for 10 years and has made fitness his business.

With a background in CIS Football and coaching at many different levels, he currently uses his skills and knowledge to train athletes and help men and women lose weight through lifestyle change and joyful movement.

Matthew partnered with BetterCallDoc in 2021 and will be a certified PTP to help clients manage their pain through movement and strengthening.

Who Are We?

Dr. Rice, known for his celebrity work on the Shopping Channel with Dr. Ho - is back in his hometown.

Dr. Rice has been a chiropractor since 1987 and just finished his MD in 2019. He made his name in Toronto as a Sports-Chiro, he is also the Associate Dean of Medicine at AUM University and currently partnered with NASM to provide opportunity in fitness education.

He's passionate about his medical self help book "Sexy Back" endorsed by Dr. Ho and Wayne Gretzky.
