The Phlebotomy is offered on the weekend of October 17-18 at the Timmins, Moosonee, and Haileybury campuses.

The Phlebotomy course teaches participants how to draw blood and obtain specimens promptly, efficiently, and safely from patients. Participants will learn how to use the vacutainer system, prepare the patient, dispose of contaminated supplies and more.

The Ontario Hunter Education Program is offered this weekend, September 18-19 at the Kirkland Lake Campus.

The Ontario Hunter Education Program will assist participants to understand the natural world and become a knowledgeable and responsible hunter. The program also reinforces the fi****ms safety information contained in the Canadian Fi****ms Safety Course.

The Ozone Depletion Prevention course is offered Wednesday, September 23 from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM at the Timmins Campus.

The course and the accompanying participant manual deal with the proper handling of CFC/HCFC/HFC. The training is suitable for residential, commercial, industrial, domestic, automotive, and mobile applications.

Participants who attend this course and successfully achieve a mark of 75%, or higher on the exam, will receive certification in the form of an Ozone Depletion Prevention (ODP) card issued by The Heating, Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Institute of Canada (HRAI).

Our Introduction to Supervisory Management course is taking place from Monday, October 19 to Tuesday, October 20, 2026 in Timmins.

This course will help you transition from being a team member into a role of added responsibility. It will give you the skills needed to prepare for and make the transition into management a positive experience.
