Registration opens MONDAY! ⬇️

We have exciting news! Families will be able to register for before- and after-school childcare at Crestview Public School, McKenzie Public School and Elsie MacGill Public School beginning on Monday, August 24th. For Elsie MacGill, registration will open to families on the waitlists for Little Lions and Schoolhouse first, and will open to all other families beginning on August 31st. Be sure to register at the District of Thunder Bay Child Care registry at https://thunderbay.onehsn.com/ux_2_0

⚠️ Urgent recall: Squeezy Dumplings toys are being recalled due to a serious chemical risk.

Testing found that the outer layer contains excessive levels of benzene.

If inhaled, benzene can cause irritation to the eyes, nose and throat. Exposure to larger amounts may also cause a burning sensation in the digestive tract and skin irritation.

Affected product:
Squeezy Dumplings

The product is sold in a plastic basket-style pot containing a single soft plastic dumpling.
No batch numbers or product identifiers are provided on the product or packaging.

If you have this product, stop using it immediately and keep it out of the reach of children.
