Athletics has so many pieces to our puzzle, and we are incredibly proud and grateful for all of our student staff who bring their passion and dedication to work each and every day to ensure that our facility users, program participants, and athletes have what they need!✨

On International Women’s Day, Campus Rec would like to recognize all the women who work in our intramural programs, making them what they are today!

We are fortunate enough to have women on our team who come from various backgrounds in sport (current/former athletes, coaches, team captains, etc.), and love it enough to inspire and cheer on others - this is something we could never take for granted, and we are eternally grateful for all of you!!

As you see these women throughout your week with IMs, take a second to appreciate them and what they do for you and your teammates - whether it is refereeing, scorekeeping, or supervising, all of these incredible women show up to keep us going!

We are wishing the women across our leagues a very Happy International Women’s Day, and can’t wait to keep playing alongside you!💞

In honour of National Girls & Women in Sports Day (NGWSD), Campus Rec would like to celebrate our female-identifying players!!

NGWSD is celebrated annually to emphasize the importance of female athletes, while also highlighting the role of sport in women’s empowerment. When our female-identifying players step onto the playing area, we know that they bring talent, passion and a real sense of empowerment into every game! We are so grateful for this!!
