Skipping class, last-minute assignments, ignoring College emails and surviving on caffeine alone. 💀☕

Some habits are better left in the past.

Wait? The Library has all that? 👀📚

Whether you need a quiet place to study, space to work with your group, a calculator you forgot at home, or somewhere to print and scan — the Library has you covered.

You can also explore the fiction, Pride and Negahneewin collections, submit a 3D print and borrow equipment like cords, adapters and more.

Basically… you should check out the Library. 👏

Today, our Confederation College community gathered for a flag raising in recognition of the National Day for Truth and Reconciliation and Orange Shirt Day. 🧡

Throughout September, students and employees have also taken part in activities and opportunities to learn, reflect and honour Residential School Survivors, their families and communities, and remember the children who never returned home.

As we share moments from today and throughout the month, we recognize that Truth and Reconciliation extends beyond one day. We all have a role in continuing to listen, learn and move forward together.

Confederation College is launching the 2026 Board of Governors election process, and students are encouraged to get involved. Serving as a student representative is a meaningful way to contribute to College governance and ensure student perspectives are heard at the highest level.

Key dates for the election process are outlined in the graphic below. Students can learn more about representative roles and responsibilities by visiting: confederationcollege.ca/board-of-governors/representatives

We encourage all interested students to review the details and consider participating in this important leadership opportunity.
