Part Time Competitive gives dancers the opportunity to train, compete, perform and grow while still leaving room in their schedule for the other activities they love! 🩰⚽️🏒🎹🎨🏊‍♀️

We believe dancers shouldn’t have to choose between dance and the other things that make them happy. Our part-time program offers quality competitive training with a more manageable time commitment, making it easier to balance dance with sports, school, family time and other activities.

Our recreational program is designed for dancers of all experience levels — whether they’re stepping into the studio for the very first time or have been dancing for years!

We are so incredibly proud of Charlotte, who has been accepted to Tap dance with Team Canada Dance! She has spent the past week training in Brampton and is preparing for the incredible opportunity to travel to Prague in October to compete at the IDO World Championship! 🌎🏆

Charlotte is loving the choreography, embracing the challenge, and making new friends along the way. Spirit of Dance is beyond excited and proud to support her on this amazing adventure! ❤️

🤸‍♀️ ACRO INTENSIVE 2026 🤸‍♂️

Get ready to flip, tumble, stretch, and have a blast at our 3-Day Acro Intensive! This exciting camp is designed for dancers and athletes ages 6-13 who want to improve their flexibility, strength, acro skills, and confidence while having tons of fun with friends!

📅 Camp Dates:
• Tuesday, August 11
• Wednesday, August 12
• Thursday, August 13

👧 Ages: 6-13
Groups will be divided each day based on age and skill level to ensure everyone is challenged and supported.

⏰ Daily Schedule:
12:00-12:15 PM – Drop Off
12:15-12:40 PM – Warm Up
12:40-1:15 PM – Conditioning
1:15-1:45 PM – Lunch
1:45-3:00 PM – Across the Mat Skills
3:00-3:30 PM – Snack & Outdoor Break
3:30-4:15 PM – Variations, Tumbling & Partner Skills
4:15-4:30 PM - Free Time & Pick Up

Pricing: $40/day or $110/3 days

Participants will spend the week building strength, flexibility, balance, coordination, and acro technique while learning new tricks, making memories, and having fun!

✨ What an INCREDIBLE week ahead for our dancers! ✨

We are so proud to see our athletes taking on amazing opportunities across Canada, and we can’t wait to cheer them on every step of the way!

💜 Kaliyah is headed to 5678 Nationals in Quebec, where she’ll be taking convention classes while also competing for Dance of the Year. We know you’re going to shine!

💜 Leah is off to Dance Canada Solo Finals in Brantford! Along with convention classes, she’ll be performing in the opening routine, participating in an interview, and competing her solo for Junior Dancer of the Year. What an incredible experience!

💜 Caleb & Paisley are spending the entire month of July at the Quinte Ballet School of Canada Summer Dance Intensive in Belleville! With daily training from 9:00 AM–4:30 PM, they’ll be furthering their dance education, building new skills, and growing as artists.

To all four of you—this is your moment! Trust your training, embrace every opportunity, make new memories, and most importantly, enjoy every second. We believe in each and every one of you, and we know you’re going to make us proud.
