Today, we honour the children who never returned home from residential schools, the Survivors, and their families and communities.

The National Day for Truth and Reconciliation is a time to listen, learn and reflect on the lasting impacts of residential schools. 🧡

Every swimmer is working toward something different! 💙

It might be feeling more comfortable in the water, learning to float, swimming independently or developing stronger strokes. Whatever the goal, our small classes and supportive instructors help swimmers build skills and confidence at their own pace.

Confidence doesn’t happen all at once—it grows one small step at a time. 💙

Putting their face in the water. Trying a new skill. Swimming a little farther. Every accomplishment helps build a more confident swimmer!

Our instructors meet each swimmer where they are and provide the encouragement and support they need to keep moving forward.

One skill. One smile. One confident swimmer at a time. 🏊‍♀️✨
