Greetings Happy-Feet Community!
The great news is that starting in January, we’ll be ready to tap our happy feet and groove to our own rhythms!
I’ve been especially thoughtful in my decision of when we can safely begin dancing again. I insist on a safe, clean space.
I prefer that people are vaccinated against COVID at the time of registration. We will be following strict protocols so everyone feels safe!
I can’t wait to dance with all of you again! It’s been way too long.

Stay tuned and in December I will post the registration date.
Please feel free to inquire about the adult tap class (no experience needed or required), and the Rhythms Creative Movement Class (also no dance experience required).

Happy New Year Happy-Feet Community! Unfortunately due to COVID restrictions, Happy-Feet will be delaying it’s dance season once again. Your safety is first and foremost and I cannot operate a studio knowing that it puts people at risk.
We will dance together again soon!
Most important..... keep dancing!!!! It doesn’t matter if it’s a boot-scoot boogie across the kitchen, a shuffle step in the hallway or a full on shake your groove thing in the living room......it’s so good for all of us during this time!

A question for Happy-Feet Community,

I am curious to know your opinion about starting dance in Sept., (wether it be contemporary/creative movement, tap or 5 Rhythm authentic dance, would people feel safer starting in January? We aren’t able to start tap until Jan.
Please message me and give me your feedback. I want everyone to feel comfortable! This community is all about YOU, and your thoughts are important to me.

Ok Happy-Feet Community.... here’s the goods.....
We are hoping to resume tap in January.... due to COVID, it takes too long to clean the floors. I will keep you posted!
HOWEVER...... the great news is that I’ve created a new class which is literally life transforming. Anyone, any age 18+, any physical condition can do this. Absolutely NO dance experience necessary........we are ALL dancers!
This class does not teach steps, no choreography to remember. This is about YOU, dancing YOUR Authentic self.
Each class, you will be guided to discover various rhythms which already exist in your body. Each individual moves to their own rhythm and that my friends, is the whole purpose!
We carry so much tension, stress, expectations, burdens, and life’s challenges in our bodies. We will use Rhythms to access your energy, release it and celebrate it! Your movements your way.
You will be guided to access your dancing spirit the way you need to dance. Every movement is an inner dance waiting to be explored.
I am Not a therapist.... but I am a dance instructor and mental health Nurse who sees the need to move and process our daily challenges and celebrations.
I invite you to find your inner rhythm in a safe and respectful environment. No judgements and completely inclusive. All genders are invited to participate.

Do you want to have fun while unleashing your inner rhythm and find your true unlimited joy? This is for you!

Due to COVID, class size will be extremely limited and masks are expected to be worn before and after you dance. Physical distancing will be essential.

Class will begin September 17th.

Registration night! Yea! Very excited to begin a new season!
