While students are enjoying the last days of summer, our staff will be busy preparing for an amazing school year ahead! During our first Welcome Back PA Day on Sept 2nd, teachers will participate in professional learning, collaboration, and planning to ensure a positive, supportive, and engaging start for all students. We can't wait to see everyone back at school!

A great way to wrap up the school year! It was wonderful to see so many of our families come out after school for our Year-End School Picnic. 🧺

Students enjoyed face painting, temporary tattoos, bubbles, sidewalk chalk, games, and time to play with friends. It was a fun afternoon and a great way to celebrate another successful year together.

A big thank you to our School Council for hosting the event. We appreciate all of the time and effort that went into making it happen! 🥳

Bravo to the students in Mme Gerry's Grade 1 French Immersion class for their incredible work designing their own "Parks of Fun"! 🌳🎠

Students thoughtfully planned their parks and brought their ideas to life by building impressive 3D models. The highlight of the project was sharing their learning and explaining their creations entirely in French, demonstrating both their creativity and growing language skills.

What an amazing example of imagination, problem-solving, and confidence. Félicitations to all of our young learners on a job well done! 🇫🇷👏

A huge congratulations to all of our athletes who represented our school over two days at the Track and Field Meet! Through the wind, rain, and chilly temperatures, our students showed determination, resilience, and outstanding sportsmanship every step of the way.

A heartfelt thank you to our coaches and volunteers whose time, energy, and support made this experience possible. We are so proud of the way our students competed, encouraged one another, and represented our school with pride! 🏃‍♀️🏃‍♂️🏅

The Mme W's SK French Immersion class had an amazing morning spending time with the Thunder Bay Border Cats! ⚾

A huge thank you to the team for taking the time to play with our students, share a few baseball skills and plays, and make the experience so much fun. The smiles, laughter, and excitement on our little learners' faces said it all!

We truly appreciate your kindness and for creating such a memorable morning for our kiddos. 🧢💙

Our Grade 5/6 and Grade 6 classes had a great day exploring Sleeping Giant Provincial Park! Students hiked to the Sea Lion, one of Thunder Bay's most recognizable landmarks, and enjoyed spending the day learning and exploring outdoors. 🌲

Our students represented our school incredibly well throughout this challenging hike, showing perseverance, respect, and teamwork every step of the way.

Thank you to our dedicated educators for organizing this memorable experience and to our parent volunteers for their support. Days like this provide learning opportunities and memories that will last for years to come! 🌲🥾
