Where children are intrinsically motivated to fulfill their needs, become other oriented, and leave us capable, confident, and full of self love.

Building a connection to nature and the world around them creates a deep sense of belonging, and inclusion.

Happy Earth Day 🌎

Without our Earth, we would not have life. We must protect it every way we can, in all the ways that are achievable for us.

Keep your lights to a minimum, turning off lights that are not needed. Walk your block or neighborhood and collect rubbish (safely). Cook without electricity when possible.

Let us do our best to reduce our carbon footprints so our Earth can continue to provide us life 👣

The Contented Child, Child Wellbeing Consultancy

Gentle (or brain based) parenting gets misunderstood so often.

It’s not “letting everything slide” or saying yes to keep the peace… and it’s definitely not about being passive.

Gentle parenting is still leadership.
It’s boundaries with warmth. Structure with connection. Guidance that teaches instead of shames.

This post is a simple reminder of what gentle parenting actually looks like in real life — especially on the hard days, when your child’s behaviour is loud and your nervous system is tired too.

Save this for the moments you start doubting yourself.

Our Wilson St location has seen some significant changes over the last few months 🛠️

Now that the construction is 98% done, Leeann and Meghan have been able to get into their groove and do their thing designing and decorating a brand new preschool classroom 💚

We thought, why not give y'all a little sneak peek of the circle time area 👀
