It’s a Westfort spooktacular event for the kids!! Our annual Nightmare on Gore Street now has a kids edition the Saturday before Halloween!!🎃 We go overboard decorating the place every Halloween, so we’d like to share it with the kids!

Everyone is welcome to join in the fun. There will be dancing, games, candy, Halloween mocktails, and spooky decorations!👻🦇🎃

A big thank you to my Mom for bringing her exhausted daughter dinner tonight. These pumpkin scones are delicious made from her sugar pumpkins she grew! 🥟 🎃
And delicious homemade concord jelly from her grapes 🍇 🫙.

Just had a knock at my door, and I open it to see MILLER, MOM & GRANDMA CICI!!! Miller was recognized at his big boy school for being inclusive and making the new kids feel welcome. He was awarded the “Inclusivity” certificate and Mom messaged me to tell me it was all because of what I taught him here 😭❤️

This wonderful family brought me the most beautiful fall bouquet which reminds me so much of them as they LOVE this time of year. I will always smile and think of Miller, as we would get all my Halloween and fall bins out and he would help me decorate our playroom and make spooky potions together. He had a Halloween outfit for every day of the month I swear! They got us a fall bingo game which I can’t wait to play with the kids, and fall plates, napkins, and dish towels.

Ahhh I miss you guys so much!! You always made me feel so valued, appreciated and loved. I’m so grateful and blessed to have these memories.

Thank you so much ❤️ you are wonderful role models to Miller. He will grow up and know the true meaning behind thanks and giving.

This week we have been learning about the colour ORANGE!! We went on an Orange hunt and stuck items that are Orange on our focus board. Then we coloured all things Orange and practiced our pincer grasp holding a crayon and colouring in the lines. And then out came our magical treasure box. Inside are fall words, where we chat about the word, the colour, and what it means. The kids love shaking the treasure box and guessing what’s inside.
