ONE STEP AT A TIME

I was driving home from visiting my daughter and her family.

Suddenly, I hit a heavy fog on the highway, and I could not see anything around or in front of me. (The picture I included depicts exactly my view from my car.)

I drove for an hour in this fog. I felt anxious and my knuckles turned white from gripping the wheel.

Then I remembered to breathe deep and slow and imagined myself grounded and calm.

Once I had regained control of my mind, I started to think about how life is like a foggy road. We know our desired destination, but sometimes the journey to get there is not so visible and clear.

* We need to trust that one little step at a time; mastering this tiny part of the road will eventually get us there.

* All we need to do is stay focused, calm and present in this moment-NOW.

Can you imagine being faced with a difficult situation in your business or personal life and being able to stay present and grounded, and arrive at your desired outcome in peace?

Energy isn't static; it's movable and shiftable. Even our bodies, thoughts and emotions are expressions of energy, each vibrating at different frequencies. ⁣

When we feel disempowered, we tend to overthink and try to control external factors. Instead, focusing on shifting our internal energy can lead to more effective and lasting changes.⁣

🌸HAPPY EASTER!

This time of year is always a good reminder that it’s time to let go (die to the old) and resurrect the version of ourselves that we want to be.

😊Isn’t it great that we ALWAYS have a chance to become?

✅Maybe a little more tolerant and accepting of ourselves and others.

✅Maybe a little bit kinder than we have been so far.

✅Maybe a little more loving unconditionally.

✅Maybe trying to see the innocence in other humans.

✅Maybe seeing us all as one, not in competition or comparison.

✅Maybe letting go of judgment, just a little bit more each day.

✅Maybe just a little more empathy and compassion.

✅Maybe a little less complaining and a lot more appreciation.

✅Maybe a little more trusting that Universe/God/Divine/Higher Self is always conspiring to our benefit.

🌸🌷Nature is our greatest teacher! Every spring, new life resurrects from the dead of winter. We all know about this, and only if we observe, contemplate and meditate on this can we really KNOW this and be inspired to do our part.

✅Let's walk in nature, and become one with the vibrational frequency of an emerging new life, without any thoughts or stories about it and just BE.

We are almost in February, and we will be bombarded with images of love and Hallmark movies. All this can create a feeling of lack of love and increase of loneliness.
It does not have to be this way! We can create a vibration of love inside our system.

❤️Breathe deeply, and focus on the feelings of appreciation and LOVE.
Cultivating a loving state greatly improves your immune system and overall healing.

❤️Love is the highest vibrational frequency, and regardless of whatever challenge we face, everything dissolves in the face of love.

❤️Love is not something we need from others; it is an inside job, just like happiness and joy. It is a frequency we can create at any time in ourselves by remembering what it feels like to love or be loved, what it feels like in the body to know that we ARE LOVE itself.
