Cooking Camp is a deliciously fun way for campers to learn essential kitchen skills while exploring flavors from around the world. Campers will practice safe food handling, learn how to follow recipes, and create savory dishes from scratch. Our STEM Camp sparks curiosity and creativity through hands-on
science, technology, engineering, and math challenges. Campers will
design, build, experiment, and problem-solve through exciting projects
like coding basics, simple robotics, engineering challenges, and
real-world science experiments. This camp encourages teamwork,
critical thinking, and confidence—perfect for curious minds who love
to ask “why” and “how.”

🚀We are excited to begin planning for Summer 2026 and to introduce the leadership team who will be guiding our campers and staff this coming season.

Joanna (Segal) Elmaleh will be returning as our Camp Director for Summer 2026. With years of experience in camp leadership and youth development, Joanna brings a strong commitment to creating a safe, inclusive, and engaging environment for every camper. Her passion for building meaningful camp experiences and supporting staff leadership continues to shape the positive culture of our camp. Joanna will also be directing our 'Golden' Musical Theatre specialty weeks.

Joining her is Aviva Berstein, who will be stepping into the role of Head Counsellor. Aviva has been an integral part of our camp community and is known for her energy, mentorship, and dedication to camper care. In this role, she will be supporting counsellors, overseeing daily programming, and helping ensure that each camper feels supported, included, and excited to be at camp every day.

Together, Joanna and Aviva bring experience, enthusiasm, and heart to our leadership team, and we are confident that Summer 2026 will be a memorable and rewarding season for everyone involved.
