Rather, read the Bible, the Word of God. I've used the Authorized Version (the KJV) for more than 40 years, and it has improved my understanding of the English language. I struggled with English before, then I took a test with nursing students for fun (in 1993). I scored the highest, with a level that surpassed a BA in English and was in the Masters Degree range. How is that possible. I believe that it was my use of the AV-KJV. There are mockers & scoffers who may be genuine believers, or perhaps not. Beware of your teachers, and trust God's Word. Some accuse others of having a "Persecution Complex". God knows all, I don't. and neither do you. Jesus is LORD, I am not and neither are you.
