The NSA was happy to be able to make a donation to Carter, our 2nd year (soon to be 3rd year ), for his trip to the Amazon. Instead of taking the summer off, Carter has opted to participate in this educational opportunity and we are so proud he was selected to represent the North! If you are able to, please help support and stop by his meat draw fundraiser at the Ally!

This evening we took a break to recharge and share some laughs! Thank you to all the students who came out and made the event such a good time. We wish you all happy studying as everyone prepares for final exams!

Our 2nd Annual Teddy Bear Clinic was another success! Thank you to all of our patients and their families for coming to see us, and a big thanks to all of our nursing students who came out to help! We also want to thank Kelsey Community School for hosting us. We already can’t wait for next year! 😊

Come out on February 13th to support 2nd year Bachelor of Nursing student Carter Bairos. Carter was selected for this opportunity by the Rady Faculty of Health Sciences based on academic performance, leadership, and community involvement. It is a great achievement for our nursing community and we are very proud of him!
