UCN is hiring a Enrolment Services Advisor

Reporting to the Associate Registrar, the Enrolment Services Advisor provides quality admission, registration and related services to internal and external students and clients. The Enrolment Services Advisor will interact with peers and other colleagues at all levels and in all divisions within UCN, as well as with external agencies including other post-secondary institutions and Indigenous organizations in carrying out Enrolment Services functions. The Enrolment Services Advisor is a key member of the Enrolment Services team and thrives in a fast paced, dynamic, and service orientated environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for a wide range of duties including accurate admissions assessments, processing course registrations and related forms, and performing diverse administrative functions including processing requests for Letters of Permission, Official Transcripts, Confirmations of Enrolment, Academic Audits, and other enrolment-related services.

UCN is hiring a Project Coordinator - UCN Driver Training

Reporting to the Associate Vice-President Community and Industry Solutions, the Project Coordinator – UCN Driver Training will manage the project activities of the Class 1 – 5 Driver Training program within UCN. These activities include the development of programming documents and processes, and the new setup of Class 1, 2, 3 and 4. Ongoing maintenance of the project database, intake and assessment of trainees, coordination of logistics such as training space, instructors and fleet vehicles. The Project Coordinator will be responsible for maintaining all relevant Manitoba Public Insurance (MPI) training tools and documentation and will work with various organizations across northern Manitoba to promote the project and assist with student accessibility. Regular reporting analytics and presentations will be required.
