We must have prepared new schedules such as Taekwondo, soccer, gymnastics, playing musical instruments, and art during September.

You’ve been preparing for a long time, and you’ve been wanting to do it.
All I have to do is carry out the plan that I’ve been looking forward to and waiting for.

Whatever you do, goals are always important.
Goals are a driving force in life, a motivating force, and a powerful force that keeps me from shaking.

Once we’ve accomplished what we’ve been aiming for, we’ve got a great sense of satisfaction, a sense of accomplishment, and greater confidence.

But in order to achieve your goal, you have to always practice and try.
Certain goals, such as getting a high belt while playing Taekwondo, winning a soccer tournament, and succeeding in high-level gymnastics, serve as an opportunity to make us stronger and make us who practice for it grow more than me yesterday, more than me an hour ago, and more than me 10 minutes ago.

Let’s make myself stronger with a mindset that always works.

Set at least 5 personal goals

Achieving at least 3 personal goals

Setting goals and practicing with your family
