Sad news for the Armand Corbeil family 💔
He loved his students and he deserves all the love he can get during the last months of his life😢

My students' beautiful and meaningful gesture was featured in 'La R***e'. So proud of them! 🙏🕊🇺🇦

‘We are the dead.
Short days ago we lived, felt dawn,
saw sunset glow,
loved and were loved,
and now we lie in Flanders fields…’

This poem hits us even harder this year.
My students and I remember you today and always.

To all my former students 📢 📢📢
If you ever had Carolyn Young as a sec 4 teacher and you went on a trip with her (England, California, etc.) please let me know!
I’m organizing a little surprise for her retirement this year and I need some photos/texts from the past! If you want to write a short message about Carolyn, send it to me at [email protected]

You came to talk to my students in 2009. My students listened to every word you were saying, laughed at every joke (there were many:), and by the end of your conference connected to you so much that some of them even decided to join the Canadian Armed Forces. You couldn’t come the year after because you went on another mission in Afghanistan where you lost your eye and your arm. Then there was mountain climbing in Nepal. Then there was a trip to Chernobyl... I followed all your adventures and hoped that one day, you would come to talk to my students again. This day will never come.... 😢 RIP Franck Dupere, we WILL REMEMBER you!
