SPACES STILL AVAILABLE! Interested in learning to race a dinghy? We are running a learn to race clinic this Saturday and Sunday from noon-4pm each day. We will introduce how to start, round marks, basic rules, and go-fast techniques. As a prerequisite, you must be comfortable sailing your own dinghy around a course by yourself. This clinic is perfect for graduates of our adult sailing programs. No boat necessary as we will be using our fleet of Zests. DM us for more info!

Team South Port was in Toronto last weekend for the Seahorse Regatta. For many of our sailors, it was their very first regatta and an incredible learning experience.
Shoutout to Emerson, Emma, Louis, Quinn, and Chase for the effort and determination you showed on the water. And congrats to Emerson and Emma for a strong 11/29 in the C420 class.
A big thank you to coaches Charlie and Ben for their excellent guidance and support.
We're excited to continue growing our race team and creating even more opportunities for our sailors to compete, learn, and have fun. Stay tuned for more updates as the season continues.

A huge congratulations to Coach Blake on winning the CyberSail Regatta in Toronto last weekend in the C420 class!
Blake is an invaluable member of our double-handed coaching team, helping our CANSail 3 and 4 sailors build strong fundamentals.

Our first summer camp session starts on Monday and our coaching team is busy rigging our new boats and prepping lessons. Can’t wait to see everyone!

After a four-month break, our C420 coaches, Charlie and Charlie, were back on the water at the Mid-Atlantic Championship in New Jersey, earning a strong top-third finish in the fleet.
It’s great to see them racing again, and they’re excited to bring that experience back to South Port this summer as they work with our next generation of C420 sailors.

With the cancellation of Sarnia Sailfest, we’ve decided to make the most of the weekend by hosting a racing clinic.
Open to sailors of all ages who are interested in racing, this two-day clinic is designed for C420 and ILCA sailors and will take place on July 4 & 5 from 12:00–4:00 PM each day. The clinic will focus on improving boatspeed, boat handling, and racing skills in a fun, supportive environment.
The clinic will be led by our coaching staff: Ben Margerison (ILCA), Charlie Winney, and Charlie Lilly (C420).
Sailors from all clubs are welcome to attend.
