CANCELED - Christmas can be stressful – the gift buying, the busy social schedule, and financial pressures but for many people, the holidays seem to make the pain of the loss of a loved one extra fresh. As painful as these experiences are year-round, there is often a fresh sense of grief around significant holidays – especially those that are packed with the memories of family and traditions.
Join us on December 10 at 7 pm MST for a FREE 45-minute Zoom seminar where we will explore ways to navigate the Holiday season in the shadow of loss.
Together, we’ll explore a few big ideas about loss and some practical, helpful ways for self-care, and together, take a moment to reflect and remember our loved ones.
