Today, we want to extend a massive, heartfelt congratulations to our incredible Principal, Ms. Eadie-Gyori, who is officially retiring after an astounding 39 years in education!

For nearly four decades, Ms. Eadie-Gyori has been a leader, a mentor, and a champion for countless students, teachers, and families. Her dedication to our students and creating a supportive, thriving school environment has left a lasting mark on our school culture and our Sylvan Lake community.

Mr. Merkley’s Grade 6 class took full advantage of this gorgeous afternoon by heading outside for a student favorite: "Knock-off Baseball!" ⚾️✨

If you have any books out from the library they are now past due. Please have a look around and return any remaining books as soon as you can, to avoid being charged lost book fees. Thanks for your help in keeping our library fully stocked!

A big thank you to Ms Gillett and her helpers working hard on our Courtyard glow up! Stay tuned for the big reveal of our updated space. And thank you to our amazing School Council/Fundraising Society for helping us make it happen through their generous financial support of the project.

We were treated to delicious bagels from Spill the Beans and a beautiful create-your-own flower stand. We sure feel appreciated! We have the best community. ❤️✨

Yesterday we had our Steffie Woima alumni grads visiting and it is one of our FAVORITE days of the year. It is so wonderful to celebrate our former students and our current students get a little glimpse of what the future holds for them as well. Thank you HJ Cody for continuing the Elementary School Grad Walk tradition.
