🍏Our Explorers went on a walk today to collect some crab apples they had discovered on a previous adventure. They showed great pride in all their finds noticing their different colours, textures, and sizes!
🍎Highlighting their eagerness to learn about the world around them they asked “why is it squishy?” ,“why is it brown?”, “Why are they called that?”, “Why is there so many yellow ones ?”

☔️ Rain engages all the senses through the sound of falling drops, the earthy smell of wet soil (petrichor), the cool touch of water, and the altered textures of mud and leaves.

🚦The Explorers were so excited to recreate our indoor race track and take it outside yesterday. They worked hard on helping Teacher Ashley build a road that could fit all types of cars and had a blast driving through it amongst peers and using their new traffic signs!

Nothing makes me smile more then children when they discover a wide open green space, you can almost hear their bodies shift gears, arms go back as they let go and yell “catch me” as they take flight! ✈️
