There's still a few spots left in this 3-hour infant massage workshop with provides a calm space and a slow pace for parents and caregivers (partners welcome to join!) to learn. Practice the strokes, create meaningful at-home routines, read baby’s cues, and make postpartum connections with other families!💞 Best suited for babies who are not yet crawling for optimal learning.

Toddlers invade the Nest!🪹🦅 Featuring our final Travelling Tots visit, because it was our first time visiting Center 200 and they knocked it out of the arena!👏

Our VIP behind the scenes tour included (many!) elevator rides, zamboni action, Bluey on the jumbotron (HUGE hit), the Cape Breton Eagles office & Nest, and skybox snacks while seeing their own faces on the big screen as a final surprise!🤩 An amazing morning to wrap up this round!🎬

Huge thanks to Ashley (a former Mommy Connections participant!) and the whole C200 team for opening their doors to a gaggle of toddlers and their generosity as new hosts in our rotation! Our community is the best!💛
