Fantastic classes at IMAC last night. If you are an adult who would like to get fit, have fun, and learn a dynamic fighting style, come on in! If you used to train and miss the excitement of a good taekwondo class, come on in! Tonight’s fight night, 630 to 730, all fighters are welcome, and our doors are always open. Come on in!

Well another INCREDIBLE week at all 3 IMAC locations. We are so proud of all our students and the energy and dedication you have been demonstrating. Keep up the great work🎉🎉

Lucas at 2 years 2 months. Son of 2 blackbelt Tae Kwon Do instructors. He does TaeKwonDo form, pad drills, sparring, and board break. He is a future olympic gold medalist.

OCTOBER 1ST- WOW- Where did September go?

All we can say is WOW what a month- The energy and training level has been NEXT LEVEL and we hope we can continue this as we move forward. So much is happening but here just a few things to remember or to please SAVE THE DATES!!!

1. BACK TO SCHOOL SPECIAL- Still a whole month to take advantage of this excellent special. Great way to give TAEKWONDO a try and see what its all about and the amazing benefits it has!!

2. CLOTHING ORDERS- Deadline extended to October 7th- Order forms are available at your home IMAC school or you can email [email protected] to request one.

3. ACTIVE AGING TAEKWONDO- still spaces available- reach out and come give it a try today!!

4. PD DAYS/ STORM DAYS- anyone interested in registering for days when there is no school or storms days please reach out to the host school you wish to attend and we can get you signed up,

5. XAVIER TAEKWONDO CHAMPIONSHIPS- Registration is closed- Payment is due to Angie by October 14th- Cash only- $70

6. IMAC SLEEPOVER- This is FULL with a wait list going- Please ensure you read the email that was sent out to all parents of students signed up. I did forget to mention that canteen is open for those who wish to purchase a treat.

7. CB TAEKWONDO CHAMPIONSHIPS/HANMADANG/ NS PROVINCIALS- VERY IMPORTANT meeting this Sunday, October 4th at 7pm in the gym. We need ALOT of volunteers in advance for prep so PLEASE attend the meeting. IMAC Sydney.

8. SPARRING GEAR- The next gear order will be going in on Wednesday, October 15th- If you are looking to replace your gear or your a yellow belt and need to purchase gear reach out and we will get you all set up. This is mandatory once they get their yellow belts.

9. TKDNS FEES- Reminder that the Re-Registration fees for ALL TAEKWONDO STUDENTS at ALL 3 IMAC locations in ALL TaeKwonDo programs (evening, after school, Active Aging, Special Needs) is due on or before October 20th. If you are unsure of your cost please speak to your home school manager.

PEI UPDATE!!!
I know this is SUPER early but im trying to be very pro-active and i know things can change 1000 times between now and then HOWEVER

I have reached out and heard back from the Silverwood Motel and Cottages for PEI next year. They are going to send me the link when they go online in the next 5 days so we can go online and book. This is a 2 day cancellation booking and as it gets closer he will issue a discount. He just cant do it as a group booking this early.

If you look up the silverwood it has different rooms, a huge front yard, a pool and back yard, BBQ's, fire pits through a path to water park, across the street to grocery, liquor store, sandspit, grandpas antique etc. This is where we( Angie, Brandon, Keith) will be booking this year(July 1st- July 4th) so spread this around for anyone thinking of going.
