Hypo Half in Halifax today for our girls and a half marathon PB for Glenda 🥳🥳🥳🥳🥳🥳!!!!!!!

Last weekend Ana hit the pavement in Hamilton Ontario with a BQ on her heart. Not only did she get her BQ she has a 17 minute buffer! WHOA! Ana spent the last number of months training her heart out and that hard work paid off. Thanks for inspiring us to set big goals and go for them! Boston here you come!!!! 🥳

Candice and Mellisa hit the pavement Saturday in New York with 10000 runners for 5k! It was actually Mellissas birthday party and everyone just came for a run 🏃‍♀️ 😍! Congratulations to our girls on this 5k world major race weekend!

Infinite Fitness was born in 2016 and shortly after in 2019 we developed a program called “strength training for runners”. This program was designed for the new runner who was strength training already along with the advanced runner who was looking to add strength training to their routine.

Candice joined every single 12 week program until our chapter came to an end in 2024 and we are so happy our worlds collided with her leaving us with lifelong friendships.

From the moment Candice began running she would always tell us she would run the New York Major Marathon. From a 5k to her third marathon she did just that this past weekend. She hit the pavement with 60000 people and ran her heart out and smiled the entire time.

Candice is somebody we all look to for inspiration and is someone who is always there to cheer us on no matter what is going on.

We are so proud of you for never giving up on your dreams and getting yourself to the start line. Congratulations ❤️❤️❤️

Our IF family (some missing from our family pic) hit the pavement on Sunday at the running 5k, 10k and half marathon distances! We had lots of PBs, laughs, near tears lol (especially for Ashley who ran side by side with her son for his first 5k race) and so much fun! Congratulations to all of the walkers and runners who showed up and a huge thankyou to all the volunteers and sponsors who made the day happen for all of us 🫶

Yesterday our girl .fitness ran her first marathon at the .marathon ! Renee is a true example of what consistency can look like. Renee showed up at every level of her training block on the hot days, stormy days and even when motivation was lacking. Renee persevered through all the tough times and the good times and got to run across her finish line smiling. Congratulations on an incredible training block and a victory lap at the race. Thank you for inspiring all of us 🫶

We hit the pavement in Mabou yesterday 🏃‍♀️ to finish off the Inverness points series! Thank you to the organizers and volunteers for putting on another great race for all of us to enjoy 🫶! Congratulations to all of the runners and walkers 🥳!

Our girl hit the trails Sunday in Europe to race a marsthon at the with a huge elevation gain over the tough 42.2km. Tara you put 100% into your training block and as always you showed up ready to put all of your training to work. Congratulations on your marathon and hard work 🫶

Our girl is taking on the tomorrow in Scotland! We love seeing our IF family take on the world 🫶! Tara your race tomorrow is a celebration and we are all excited back home to hear every detail ❤️😍!

Congratulations to on racing the London Big Half and blew her goal out of the water! Katie will be headed back to London in April for the 3rd time but this time she’ll be running her first World Major Marathon! Congratulations Katie!
